The Re Institute, Millerton, NY
April 25 - May 30
Opening reception: Saturday April 25, 4-7 pm
Hours: Saturdays 1-4 pm and by appointment

Work in this solo show was developed during recent residencies at the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation. In low-tech installations, I coax cinematic vignettes from ordinary objects. In video projects, I use color, light and movement to reveal patterns and relationships in everyday experience. I hope to see you there!

PVC, red, green and blue lights

Take a walk through Prism Palace where a forest of white columns splits red, green and blue light into shadow stripes of every color. As you move through the palace’s luminous colonnade, you will cast your own multicolored shadow and experience firsthand how red, green and blue, the three primary colors of light, combine to make all the colors of the rainbow.

On view this fall at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh.

Can't make it on Thursday? You can still see several small light installations I've created in the showroom using samples of products available at Dennis Miller.
